The bench is in The Junction, Toronto (near Dundas West & Keele), by appointment only. Most of our customers come from the west end, but between drop-offs and Ontario-wide mail-in, "out of area" mostly just means "let's talk logistics".

Outside the west end?
Two options, both well-trodden:
- Come to us. The shop is a short walk from Dundas West & Keele, near the UP Express and the 40/89 buses. Appointments mean no waiting around: drop off, get a coffee on Dundas, done.
- Mail it in. We accept insured, tracked mail-in repairs from across Ontario. Full details on packing, insurance, and turnaround are in the FAQ.
